My story

From freelancer to
systems architect

I started building websites the same way most developers do — one project at a time, one client at a time, learning the tools as I went. WordPress, then WooCommerce, then a client asked me to "set up a course platform."

That first LMS project changed everything. I realised that the platform was never the real problem. The real problem was always the same: a disconnected system where the LMS didn't talk to the funnel, the funnel didn't connect to the email, and none of it was designed around how students actually behave.

So I stopped thinking like a developer and started thinking like a systems architect. What does a student need to see first? Where do they drop off? What automates revenue without the creator being involved? Every project since then has started with those questions — not with which platform to use.

300+ platforms later, across Kajabi, LearnDash, LearnWorlds, Thinkific, Mighty Networks, and more — that thinking is still what separates what I build from what everyone else builds.

Systems over tools

I never start with which platform to use. I start with how users move, where they drop off, and what the system needs to do on autopilot. The platform is a decision that comes later.

Recommend, don't just execute

Most developers build what they're told. I tell you what I'd build and why — even if it means recommending a different platform than the one you came in with. Right answer matters more than winning the project.

Document everything

Every project ends with a walkthrough video and written documentation. You should be able to run your platform without me — that's the goal, not a monthly dependency.

Speed without cutting corners

7–14 day delivery is a real commitment, not a marketing line. It's possible because I've built systems like yours 300+ times and I know exactly what order things need to happen in.

Honest over comfortable

I'm based in Pakistan and work fully remotely with clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and beyond. Time-zone differences are never an issue — I'm highly responsive and structure communication around your availability.
For individual freelance projects, you hire me directly — through Upwork, this website, or direct contract. For larger agency engagements, TechDots is the vehicle — formal contracts, invoicing as a UK company, and team capacity for complex multi-phase builds. Either way, you work directly with me on strategy and delivery.
I use Slack or WhatsApp for daily communication, Loom for visual walkthroughs and updates, and email for formal documentation. You get regular progress updates — not silence followed by a final delivery.
